As a long time Arizona Citizen, I’m very proud that Arizona Governor Jan Brewer signed the Immigration Bill # 1070 into law last Friday.
Over the past few days on both national and local talk shows, we have been bombarded by individuals including politicians who have not even taken the time to read the bill and see that 99% of what they are claiming will happen under the bill, simple will not.
Governor Brewer stood up for Arizona Citizens and for American Citizens as well.
Illegal Immigration is having a detrimental effect on our state and the country as well. Our federal government, because of the current administration have not nor will they ever do anything to bring it under control, forcing Arizona to take action.
Arizona is not alone.
Lost
I got some great news to pass along today, I have lost two pounds, count them, T W O .
I went to the Doctor’s again today and one again I had my vitals taken before seeing the Doctor. Down Two. I was so happy.
It wasn’t until I got home that I realized that I might not have lost the two pounds as I thought. It wasn’t until then that I noticed that I had left my mortgage calculator here, so it wasn’t in my paints when I climbed on the scale. Even though it’s the latest state of the art, I’m pretty sure that it accounts for at least two pounds.
Will you please promise me one thing, don’t tell those in the Doctor’s office about my discovery. What they don’t know, won’t hurt them.

Down Fall
As a teenager who was 6’4″ , maybe 165 lbs, I remember vividly being told that I would never have to worry about being F A T, or overweight.
Well in my 20s and working in a job that I found myself sitting most of the time…the lbs came fast than I could say my name.
In those days, there wasn’t 7-dfbx , so I was on my own. And today I still don’t think anything of drinking Cokes one right after another, and for me that could mean 2 or 3 in an hour, and if they are in the fridge, I will drink them tell the fridge is empty of Cokes.

So this might be a good time for you to take the time to either plan to get something for your mother, or the mother of your children, so that she feels that you appreciate her.
My own mother has passed away, but while she was alive, there were only a few Mother’s Days that I failed to remembered to get her something, even if it was just a card.
Now the mother of my two children, decided long ago that she didn’t want me in her life.
But being the MAN I am….it’s only fitting that I at least guide her to the prevera reviews web site.
From what I’m told…she would benefit from a visit.
OH NO, I did it again.
Today, I had another Doctor’s appointment.
I had my vitals taken and once again asked to step on the scale. Today I decided I would not remove my phone or wallet.
F O U R more pounds. That’s right since last Thursday’s visit, I had gained another 4 lbs.
I need to look where I can find some treadmills and spend some time working out. I know there is a Seniors Center just a few blocks away from our house and having been there for a meeting I know they have an exercise room that I bet has my name on one of it’s machines.
Couldn’t Believe It.
Last week I had a Doctor’s appointment.
As is normal, first thing, I had my vitals checked, including jumping on the scale. Much to my surprise, I had gained weight. Not much but over the past 8 months or so, the few times I’ve had an appointment, the scale has said my weight was going down.
Now I have another appointment set for the end of this week, I need to find out how to lose weight fast .
Just the thought of putting on weight, after I had been doing so good for so long taking it off.
The key for me had been cutting out Cokes each day.
I have to tell you, not drinking 3, 4, 5, 6 Cokes each day….IS NOT FUN AT ALL FOR ME, OR EASY.

While I have scaled down the computers here in my office, gone from 3 to 1, I still find time to do audio and some video, although right now I don’t have a video camera, when it’s requested.
Recently a friend asked me to take stills from a video that she had. I suggested that she look into custom usb drives as an easy way to transfer the stills into her computer.
She did that, and it’s been working quite well.
Saturday Check In.
I was in our bedroom and looked out the back window and there on the telephone cable coming into our house was the Hummingbird that we have been watching in her nest in our Front Yard.
Low and behold, moments later she was back on her nest out front.
