Should we add it to the house?
I have been thinking that with the temperatures returning as they do each summer to over 105, I need to have a way of exercising here in the house. A pull up bar would be a start.
I had been in the habit there for awhile of walking each morning down to the stop sign at the end of the block in an effort to keep me in “shape”, or at least some what of a shape. I did notice that the daily walks did help me with the simple thing of walking.
Since I gave it up, several months ago, walking is harder for me. So to have something in the house, where there is Air Conditioning that would help me to “work out”, would more than likely be a good thing.
