Things I should think about?
As I approach my birthday in August, should I be thinking about an abs workout ?
As I mentioned in my last post, I have trouble walking. I would guess that’s because I really do not take the time to get out of the house and do even a little walking. If I did on a daily basis, I’m sure my troubles in that area would come down.
I don’t have a beautiful male body, no matter how you look at it, not through rose colored glasses, not after several hours of drinking. Let’s be honest, I just don’t have a great bod.
But I do give great phone.
