Easter.
Let me be the first to remind you about Easter and that you should think of making it a Strawberry Easter.
I understand the importance of Easter but it’s also nice to pass out goodies with your family.
I find it easy to do, my family has always known and understood the importance of the religious meaning of Easter, but also the importance of sitting down and being together on such a day.

Do you like weight loss stories?
Let me stop and take a minute and give that some thought. Now that I am thinking about it, and thinking only about it, I have to tell you my favorite stories are Spy Stories, or Cop and Robber Stories.
Those are the one’s on TV and I don’t mind watching and I don’t mind watching them over and over again.
If I was to have to pick between a Live Baseball or Foot ball game and a rerun of Law and Order…L&O would get the nod every time.

Back from visiting the Doctor.
It’s a little after 4 PM and I just got back from a follow up visit to my Doctor.
I have loss all of a pound. To be honest I really haven’t been worrying about my weight. My blood pressure had been up, but it’s down. At least that’s going in the right direction.
My visits cover the gamut, he is asking questions from the minute he comes in, to the minute he leaves. He stops to listen, but there isn’t any medical or personal health issue that are left out. I think one he even talked about anti wrinkle creams, but not for me.
That’s what I like about him, he makes sure that he finds out what, if anything is bothering me.
Tuesday
Here it is Tuesday about to take my walk to the stop sign at the end of our block, then I want to work on an Open for my father-in-laws church.
An open is something that introduces a program. I would produce it using my own voice and record it onto a computer program for audio.
I also receive from his church the weekly sermons for which the open is for and I burn them to CDs and send them to the church in San Diego for distribution.
Keeps me busy.
I’m Lucky.
I’m one of those people who can lose weight by just backing away from the table and cutting down on my intake. If I were to use diet pills I bet you I would lose even faster.
My problem with weight is what I eat and drink and yes the amount. So if I don’t drink a Coke an hour every day and cut down on the amount of bread I take in, and eat more chicken than beef, the pounds come off.
I have always been that way, but I have gone through long periods that I really didn’t care how big I got. Not that I got that big, but 350 isn’t a small person.
It’s fun.
The longer I live in this house the more fun it is to think and plan about changing things in the house.
Now don’t get the idea that I’m unhappy with what we have, That’s far from the truth. I’m very satisfied, like what we have and don’t need to change a thing to “make me happy”.
I just think that it’s fun to look at what is out there, form a bath rug for are two bathrooms to a more energy efficient washer/dryer. I really like taking the time to look and compare.
My wife and I do spend time individually looking at ideas for our house. She see something and will email me the address and I will look. I do the same, find something and then email her the online address and then we will talk and see if we actually want to purchase the item.
It’s not that we’re always buying new things but it’s more than you would think.
Don’t Start without one.
I once worked for a company that bought a computer, and didn’t buy a printer.
This is like ordering a new car with out 4 tires. A computer is almost useless without having a printer
We have had several different types and found that brother printers were among the best.
When we had the video production company, we had 4 computers and 3 separate printers and we set them up so we could use all of the printers from each computer.
Now that was convenient.
New Week.
Last week was not fun but it’s behind me now. Just sitting here thinking about my up coming visit to the Doctor on Thursday. It’s more or less a follow up from a visit I had a month ago, but I have been concern…well not concerned so much, just thought a couple times about my weight. Doesn’t every one?
My weight, when you look at my height is actually well within the guide lines and in fact it might be on the low side. but like many men who don’t exercise a lot, I need to think about how to lose belly fat fast.
I have a “beer” belly but not from drinking beer. It just came with food and age.

On Monday I learned that my 42 year old daughter Jenee’ passed away in her apartment in New York. 
She has been in my thoughts even more than normal, but I did take some time last night to return to my amateur radio and a local 10 meter net.
