Holding my own.

I am one of those people who has over the years had a battle with weight but lately I have found that I’m holding my own even though there are products like hydroxycut available.

I would imagine that it would be easy to maintain weight at the same level rather than have to worry about what you took in, and giving up on those all important soft drinks.

I find though that giving up on the soft drinks is very easy.

Loved My Tricycle.

One of the things I remember from Denver is all the time I used to spend going up and down the street in front of our house on my Tricycle.  I love it and riding on it.  As I grew older, that love transferred to a two wheeled bicycle , and finally to a Red English Bicycle with brake handles on the Handle bars.  Now there was a bike.  It and I saw more of Denver than I think I saw with my Chevy Corvair

But the kid on the tricycle would have loved to have had something from Peg perego .

It was so much fun to walk home from School and then pull out the tricycle and peddle it up and down the streets around my house until the Sun went all the way down.

Lately I have been having some acupuncture treatments because I apparently have pinched a nerve that is causing Pain in my Right Shoulder and arm.

It’s not fun.

So yesterday, I was in my Doctor’s office, waiting in the lobby.  While waiting to go in for my treatment, I couldn’t help but over hear a couple talking, quite loudly in fact about all sorts of things including Clinicallix Reviews .

It was at this point that I was asked to come in for the treatment, so I didn’t hear what they had to say.    I guess, to be honest, I shouldn’t have been listening in the first place.

Stop Sign.

By Norm Seeley | January 14, 2010

This morning, it wasn’t one of the first things that I got to, but I did, finally,  just before noon take my walk to the end of the block and hit the Stop Sign.  Don’t tell any one in the Scottsdale Streets Department.  I’m sure there is an ordinance that prohibits Scottsdale Citizens from hitting City Property.   If you are from a foreign country like Mexico, it’s OK.

Today was a struggle.  Every other step sent a pain shooting up the center of my back.  It felt like my right leg was shorter than the left.  And both legs felt like they were working as hard as they could and there was nothing left.

But I made it, down to the sign and back.  I Made it.  I’m not trying to lose weight, just bring my energy level up.

I had gotten to a point several months ago, that the daily walk was a piece of cake.  Today it was one tough cut of steak.
