Monday and just a few more days to go.
I love this time of year. Counting down the days till Christmas. There are so many fun ideas for gifts how about a diabolo for that someone special?
For me Christmas shopping has never been a major problem. I wait until the 23rd or 24th, head to the store, and when I get there I have in mind what I’m going to buy.
I don’t let anything get in my way. I buy the same gift for all of those on my list. Usually it’s something practical and there have been several Christmas it was so practical that I would buy one for myself.
Just a couple days left till I head out and go Christmas shopping.

Once again the Sunshine Capital of the world, the Metro Phoenix Area is covered with Clouds and rain has been coming down.
Wife Karen and I did attend Church, and did go out for lunch and we were lucky, we missed the rain. But coming home for lunch, we had to drive trough it to get from Tempe to Scottsdale and home.
Although I like to be home and look out and see the rain, these are also days when I would like to be out on the Open Road cruising down the American Highway. I remember the days when my Dad would pack us all up in the 1949 NASH with it’s fold down front seats that made into a bed and we would do just that, cruse down the American Highway.
Now I wouldn’t do it unless I had breakdown service just a cell phone call away. Also I would make sure I had an Amateur Radio handy if I just happened to be out of the cellular service area.
It’s going to be a Green Christmas.

I’d like to know just how much power is saved and where it’s going.
No Question.
Karen my wife and I have enjoyed a cleaning service for about two years now, and I am the very first to admit that I don’t know why I put up with not having one prior.

In the Hospital.
My wife was in the hospital and last Saturday while spending the day with her, I had chest pains and ended up being admitted.
I have to admit though, not one time while there did I think about Doctors Malpractice Insurance .
Even now that I am back home, it has not entered my mind. What was really on my mind the most is getting out so that I could again be with my wife who was lucky enough to get out a few days before I did. I have only been home just short of 24 hours right now.
Always Helps
I just spent several days in the Hospital and came out with 3 Stents. So far I feel pretty good, but have to take things easy for at least the first 48 hours here at home.
One of the things I have staid away from in the Internet. Just because I’m staying away doesn’t mean that I don’t appreciate such sites as Houston Web Design .
I didn’t have access to the Internet at the hospital but that doesn’t mean that I forgot how important it is.
An Early Lesson.
The first American Thanksgiving.
Wife in the Hospital.
My wife is in the hospital, since the morning of Wednesday November the 16th
I have been spending most of my days with her. One of the perks that one gets when on is retired.
When I take the occasional walk in a hall you can help but notice hospital cart after hospital cart. Now that I think about it, there have been as many as four in her room at a time.
I had a thought that having one here in the hou
Do it Again?
It was January of 1999 that my wife and I were married. We had a photographer, and a friend of my mothers brought is video camera and we thought we had it covered.
If we were to do it today, I would look into a cary wedding videographers , knowing how the importance of having a well done video is today.
The photographs taken were professionally done and came out looking nice and included everyone that we wanted to be included. The video, while it showed the wedding and most of all we wanted it to, there were a couple of technical problems that can be fixed in editing. Having a professional doing the video makes all the difference.

In the home in Denver that I grew up in, we had a fireplace in our living-room and it was there each Christmas that we hung our Christmas stockings.
Some where I have a picture of that fireplace with the Christmas Stockings and all the other trimmings that were the family tradition. I will have to do some searching first on my computer because I have loaded most of my family pictures on to my computer and if I don[‘t find them, go looking through the original pictures that are in a closet in my office in a steel box made to hold several hundred 35 MM slides.
